    Panel 1 - Protecting Your Intellectual Property
    The topics/questions for this panel will be related to the current state of intellectual property, especially within the US. We will discuss:

    • Current methods of registering and protecting Intellectual Property
    • How the United States can focus on being the manufacturers and exporters of Intellectual Property when the market for other US manufactured and exported items is in flux (and part of the debate of the current Presidential election)
    • The differences between borrowing inspiration from other artists and outright theft of ideas (such as the play Frozen and the song Stairway to Heaven). 
    • What it would be like if there were currently no laws regarding Intellectual Property and how we would approach putting laws into place that reflect the current state of the media industry

    Panel 2 - Creative Connectivity
    The topics/questions for this panel will be related to concepts regarding the benefits (and sometimes the necessity) of being skilled in a variety of creative areas. We will discuss:

    • Practical and innovative solutions for forging creative careers in an environment with less industry hierarchy and no roadmaps
    • The importance of finding your own balance between a creative and business mindset

    Panel 3 - Partnering for Success
    The topics/questions for this panel will be related to networking with other diverse creators and having the proper agreements in place. We will discuss:

    • How certain combinations of creative types could lead to achieving individual and group goals
    • Why contracts and agreements should be embraced instead of feared
    • The importance of good record keeping, scheduling, and communicating
